We Are
Once upon a Time

Back on track after two weeks of exam cramming, finally done and so happy about it!!

So everyone has got their own views on just about everything, i could think something is really cute, but come the next person could think it's hideous. It's all human nature and it's really interesting to think about.
For example, Petka over there is off to Cuba tomorrow (will miss you!) Now she could take this one of two ways: the first being , guhhhh i hate this i hat flying!! or the other being OMG I'm going to Cuba I can't wait! It's odd because a lot of us think much like this, simultaneously balancing the good and the bad, the pros and the cons. So as much as we'd like our lives to be black or white, it's rather a number of shades of grey instead.

A lot of people claim that they're optimists (or pessimists) but when it comes right down to it, i don't believe anyone is truly one or the other, ( even if they appear so). Being an optimist and looking towards the bright side of everything is exhausting, and no matter how cheery they say, "I love being a happy person !!!!" sometimes they to start to doubt themselves and others and lean slightly towards the more pessimistic side. As is the same with pessimists, it really does get depressing to keep on putting everything down, and as much as they hate to admit it, they enjoy being happy and finding the optimist within them too.

Anyways, I'm just here to say, that what ever your perspective on what ever topic is, it is and shall always be well respected, because no one can tell you how to feel. So now I'd like you to tell me, your perspective on the following image:
I love the artists views on the American society, it made me laugh a little. Now you can go ahead and say, well that's just stereotyping Americans based on the medias perspective and on and on, and that's fine to, if that's how you feel. But really, let your guard down about righteousness and what not for a minute and take a good laugh at it, because deny it all you want, it won't change my mind of how true i think it is.

I remember this particular painting in the movie Ferris bueller's day off, and at first i didn't understand the meaning behind it. I think this one explains it quite well though and i have come to find that i REALLY like it. I wish people spent more time being themselves. I wish people didn't care about what others thought of them and their opinions. I wish I didn't care about what other people thought of me and my opinions. But as human nature is, we have all grown to be judgemental and thus have learned to keep our peculiar perspectives to our selves.
Anyways, keep voicing your opinions like the whole world cares what you think, they may not necessarily, but it'll feel good to let it out.
Off to watch Herbie fully loaded
Love always,
Haya<3
